Shipping made straightforward

Orders are prepared with care and sent to the delivery address entered at checkout. Standard processing normally takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. During launches, promotions or unusually high order volume, preparation may require additional time.

U.S. delivery

Standard U.S. shipping is available for a flat rate of $8.95. Qualifying U.S. orders of $125 or more receive free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes. Estimated transit times shown at checkout begin after the carrier receives the parcel and are not guaranteed.

Tracking and address accuracy

A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when your order leaves our facility. Please check apartment numbers, postal codes and all address details before submitting the order. If you notice an error, contact support@shopwhattowear.com promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delivery concerns

Carrier scans may occasionally update slowly. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check around the property, ask household members and allow one business day before contacting the carrier and our team.
